Ingredients for Crispy Nokul Recipe

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 (half) glass of warm milk
  • 1/2 (half) glass of yoghurt or yoghurt cream
  • 1/4 (quarter) glass of olive oil
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Salt with the tip of a teaspoon
  • 3-3.5 cups flour

For inside;

  • 2 cups hazelnuts, walnuts
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1/2 (half) cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter oil

How to Make Crispy Nokul Recipe?

  1. For the dough, mix water, yeast and sugar in a deep bowl.
  2. Let’s add other ingredients.
  3. Add the flour gradually and knead until you get a non-sticky dough.
  4. Gather the dough, cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes. Rest it.
  5. For the stuffing, pull the hazelnuts to remain grainy.
  6. Drain the grapes.
  7. Mix ground hazelnuts, grapes and sugar in a bowl.
  8. Melt the butter.
  9. Knead the dough again and divide it into 5 parts.
  10. Take one of the pieces on the floured counter (keep the others covered) and spread the butter mixture on it with the help of a brush and sprinkle with grape mortar.
  11. Roll it up from the long side.
  12. Slice the roll three inches thick and place it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  13. Unroll and prepare the remaining dough pieces in the same way, slice and arrange them on the tray.
  14. Add a tablespoon of water to the egg yolk, mix and brush over the nodules.
  15. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees until golden brown.
