  1. First, let’s set our oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Then first, let’s take all the ingredients except the flour in a bowl and mix them and add the flour slowly and knead well.
  3. The consistency of our dough will be such that it will not stick to the hand.
  4. Let’s roll our kneaded dough into a round shape and arrange it on the tray.
  5. According to this measure, 1 tray comes out.
  6. We throw the prepared material into the preheated oven and bake.
  7. While the cookies are baking, we add sugar and then water for my syrup, put it on the stove and cook it until the sugar melts and boils.
  8. Turn off the boiling syrup and set it aside.
  9. Cookies will be cold, syrup will be warm.
