Ingredients for Tangerine Sticks Recipe

  • 250 grams of our oil (1 pack)
  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour
  • 1 finger missing powdered sugar from 1 cup
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons of tangerine peel (2 tangerine peels)
  • Half a cup of tangerine juice
  • 75 grams of ground hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda (Wipe)
  • 60 grams dark chocolate
  • 60 grams of milk chocolate
  • 4.5 tablespoons of nutmeg

How to Make Tangerine Sticks Recipe?

  1. We beat the margarine at room temperature, together with the powdered sugar, with a mixer or a food processor.
  2. Flour (add slowly, it will be a non-sticky dough, put the last glass under control)
  3. We add rice flour, tangerine peel pulled from rondo, tangerine juice, hazelnut extracted from rondo, 1 level teaspoon of baking powder and knead well.
  4. We break off pieces from the dough, roll them in the form of a cylinder, place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, and shape them by pressing a little. The length of each cookie will be 15cm.
  5. It will be cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  6. We leave the cookies out of the oven to cool.
  7. We melt the chocolates in a bain-marie, you can dip the cooled cookies first in chocolate and then in coconut and serve when the chocolates are frozen Bon appetit 🙂
